Cancellation and refunds.

You can cancel Premium whenever you like from Profile, using Manage subscription. That opens your secure billing page, run by our payment provider Dodo Payments, where you can:

• Cancel at the next billing date. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it ends and you are not charged again.
• Cancel immediately. Premium ends straight away. Cancelling immediately does not by itself refund the current period.

Cancelling Premium never deletes your account or your plants. You move to the free plan.

If you have more plants than the free plan allows when Premium ends, we keep every plant you already have. You just cannot add new ones until you are back within the free limit or subscribe again.

• If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or could not use Premium because of a fault on our side, ask for a refund within [refund window in days: to be added] days of the charge and we will review it.
• Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right applies whatever this page says.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider decides how long it takes to show up.
• Subscription payments for periods you have already used are otherwise not refundable.

Email [contact email: to be added] from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. Because Dodo Payments processes the payment, we may need to ask them to issue the refund, and they may contact you to confirm it.

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may be put on hold and Premium pauses. You can update your payment method in Manage subscription to bring it back.
